An independent trailer dealer that publishes its prices
Pioneer sells new work-duty trailers and truck beds online across the 48 contiguous states. Capacity, deck size and price sit on every listing, because those three numbers are the decision. There is no quote wall and no financing application standing between you and a number.
We are the selling dealer, not the manufacturer. Every unit carries its builder's own warranty, we register it to you, and we say so plainly rather than implying cover we do not provide.
Asked before every order
Can I really buy a trailer online without calling anyone?
Yes. Every listing carries its price, capacity and dimensions, and you can place the order from the site. We then confirm the unit is still available and quote delivery to your ZIP before anything is charged.
How much is delivery?
It is quoted per order against the delivery ZIP, because a 3,000 lb utility trailer and a 25,000 lb gooseneck do not ship the same way. You get the unit price and the delivery cost as one written total before the order is accepted, and you can walk away at that point.
What does GVWR actually mean for me?
GVWR is the maximum the loaded trailer may weigh, trailer included. Subtract the empty weight and what is left is your usable payload. We show all three figures on every listing that publishes them, so you are not doing that subtraction from a brochure.
Is the trailer new?
Every unit listed is new and unused. Condition is stated explicitly on each product page rather than implied.
Who handles the warranty?
The manufacturer. Pioneer is the selling dealer: we register the unit to you and help you file a claim, but the terms and the outcome belong to the builder, and we will not claim otherwise.
Do you take a deposit to hold a unit?
No. We do not take a deposit to hold a quote, and nothing is charged automatically at checkout.
