How to claim

What happens next
We respond within 2 business days. Where the fault is
ours or the carrier’s, we arrange repair, replacement or collection and refund, and we tell
you which one and why. No restocking fee on a unit we got wrong. On an accepted, undamaged unit returned by arrangement, return transport is the buyer's cost.
Refunds go back by the same route the payment came in. Once a refund is issued, the time it
takes to appear is set by your bank, not by us.
