The terms that apply to an order placed with Pioneer.
1. Who you are contracting with
Orders are placed with Pioneer Equipment Trailers LLC, an independent
trailer dealer. We are not a manufacturer and do not present ourselves as one.
2. Prices
Prices shown are in US dollars and cover the unit only. Delivery is quoted separately and
confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. Prices can change without notice, but the
total we confirm to you in writing is the total you pay.
3. When an order becomes a contract
Placing an order on the site is an offer, not a concluded sale. A contract forms when we
confirm availability and you approve the delivered total in writing. Nothing is charged
before that point.
4. Specification
Capacities, weights and dimensions shown are the manufacturer’s published ratings for that
model. Manufacturers revise specifications, and the documentation supplied with the unit is
the authority.
5. Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect the unit before signing and note any visible damage
on the paperwork. Transit damage must be reported within
48 hours.
6. Returns
Our returns terms, including what is and is not covered, are set out in full on the returns and refunds page
and form part of these terms.
7. Warranty
Units carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Pioneer gives no separate warranty of its own and
does not extend, shorten or restate the manufacturer’s terms.
8. Titling, registration and road use
Titling, registration, plating and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility and are governed
by the rules of your state. Confirm that your tow vehicle, hitch and licence are rated for
the loaded weight of the trailer before towing it.
9. Trademarks
Manufacturer names and model designations are the property of their respective owners and
are used here to identify the units we sell.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
