How payment works
Nothing is charged automatically at checkout. We confirm the unit and the total with you first, then send the payment instruction.
Placing an order on the site tells us which unit you want. It does not take your money.
We come back with the delivered total, and only once you approve it do we send a payment
instruction.
What we accept
Bank transfer (ACH or wire)
Card, by secure payment link sent from our office
The card option is a secure payment link sent from our office. We do not take card numbers
over email or over the phone.
Deposits
No deposit is taken to hold a quote.
What we will never do
Ask you to send payment to a personal account.
Ask for card details in an email reply.
Change bank details mid-order by email. If you ever get a message that appears to do
that, stop and contact us at sales@pioneerequipmenttrailers.com before sending
anything.
