What we do

Pioneer sells new work-duty trailers and truck beds online to buyers across the 48 contiguous
states. The catalog covers 12 trailer types from
43 manufacturers, and every unit on the site carries its price,
its capacity and its dimensions on the listing itself.

That is the whole idea. Most of this trade still runs on a quote wall: you find a trailer,
you fill in a form, and someone calls you back with a number. It works for the dealer and it
wastes the buyer’s afternoon. We would rather publish the number and let you decide whether
to keep reading.

How we are set up

We are a dealer, not a manufacturer. We do not build trailers, and we do not claim to. What
we do is hold a broad enough catalog that the right capacity for your load is usually already
on the site, then get that unit to you with the delivery cost agreed in writing first.

Because we are the selling dealer, the warranty on anything you buy here is the
manufacturer’s own. We register the unit to you and we will help you file a claim, but the
terms and the outcome belong to the builder. We say that plainly on the
warranty page as well.

What we will not do

• We do not publish reviews, ratings or testimonials, because we do not have a verified
  review programme yet. An invented one would be worth less than nothing.
• We do not run countdown timers, fake scarcity or “3 people are viewing this” badges.
• We do not quote a capacity we cannot source from the manufacturer. Where a figure is not
  published for a model, the listing leaves that row out rather than estimating it.
