Who covers what
Every trailer we sell carries its manufacturer's own warranty. Pioneer is the selling dealer, not the manufacturer: we register the unit to you and help you file, but the terms, duration and outcome are the manufacturer's.
That distinction matters, so we would rather be blunt about it than let you find out at
claim time. Terms, duration and exclusions vary by manufacturer and by model. The warranty
document that ships with your unit is the authority, not this page.
What we actually do for you
Register the unit to you with the manufacturer at the point of sale.
Give you the model, serial and build details you need to open a claim.
Help you file, and chase it with the builder where we can.
What is separate from the warranty
Transit damage is not a warranty matter. If a unit arrives damaged, that is a delivery
claim and it runs to a much shorter clock, currently
48 hours from delivery. See returns and refunds.
Wear items are also outside warranty in most manufacturer terms. Tires, brake pads, lights
and bearings are consumables once the trailer is in service.
